Bookings

Deposit - a non-refundable 15% deposit of your full stay is payable on booking. The remainder is paid 30 days before arrival.
 

Cancellations - Bookings can be canceled with a full refund up to 7 days in advance of the start of your booking. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start of your booking result in the loss of the deposit paid.
 

Balance - payment for the balance of your stay is due on arrival for the duration of your booking. This payment should be taken by Pitchup.
 

Arrivals - check-in times are from 3 pm on the day of arrival to 7 pm. Please report to reception on arrival. Please inform us ASAP if you are experiencing a delay in your journey.
 

Access to Roselidden House -  the main entrance is through a field gate which has a clearance of 2.75 meters (9 feet). There is no alternative to entering the camping field.
 

Camping Pitches - pitches will take family tents (up to six-person size). Fr0m April to the end of July, you're welcome to pitch your tent anywhere in the field where the grass has been cut. From the end of July, you're free to pitch your tent anywhere in the field, but please keep some distance from the donkeys. 
 

Caravan / Campervan Pitches - each pitch can accommodate one caravan/campervan plus awning and one car. You are welcome to pitch where you would like in the field except for the boundary by the donkey paddock (see site map) Please respect other campers and adhere to the 2-meter social distancing rule.
 

Electric Hook-Up - we do not have any electric hook-up on site.
 

Pitching and parking - all tents and vans must be pitched/parked by 8 pm on the day of arrival
 

Cars - each pitch is permitted to have one car parked alongside the pitch. Please contact reception at least seven days before arrival to arrange the accommodation of extra cars. We cannot guarantee parking for extra cars where arrangements have not been made at least seven days in advance of arrival.
 

Site visitors - any visitors to pitches must report to reception and register their details on each visit.
 

Additional nights - we will try to accommodate additional nights as requested but cannot guarantee you can extend your stay beyond your original booking.
 

Departure - check out is by 11.00 am on the day of departure. Please speak to reception or cafe if you require a later checkout.
 

Early departures - no refunds are provided for early departures for whatever reason.
 

House Rules - by booking a pitch your entire party are agreeing to the House Rules. Non-adherence to the rules could result in you being asked to leave the site. No refunds will be given for any remaining nights of your stay.
